Refunds/ Exchanges
If you receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, we will replace the item or refund you the cost of the item.
If an item is damaged we will replace or refund ONLY if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. You will be asked to provide proof of damage.
There are no REFUNDS given on pre order items just because delivery is taking longer than expected. We can not control the shipping on that.
